30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Warranty Works subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How refunds work
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to look up your order.
- Or email us at warrantyworkshelp@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the refund. We will work with Paddle to process the refund.
After the 30-day window
After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel at any time through the customer portal to stop future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Pricing page under "Manage subscription," or by emailing warrantyworkshelp@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not by itself trigger a refund of the current period.
Exceptional circumstances
If you experience a billing error, duplicate charge, or unauthorized transaction, please contact us immediately and we will work with Paddle to resolve it as quickly as possible.
